Benchmark Tutorial

The built-in Benchmark mode in the miner is a self-test mode.
It is designed to eliminate interference from the network and mining pool and to detect whether there are any problems with the server hardware.

Steps:
1. First, you need to go to the dashboard of your miner.
2. Click on “Miner” and then go to “Pool Setting”. Click on “Add” on the Pool Config page.
3. Enter “benchmark” and you can enter whatever you want on username and password.
4. After finishing the setting, click “Apply” and wait a few minutes. (Note: The pool icon on the left will not turn green). Then you can directly go back to the “Home” page to check if the miner operates normally. If the hash rate is normal, it suggests that the issue might be due to a network or mining pool. If the hash rate isn’t normal, it could be a problem with the miner itself.
If your miner is abnormal when connecting to “benchmark”, please submit a request and provide us with a screenshot of the miner dashboard or video about the miner dashboard; if you find out your miner can hash normally when connecting to “benchmark”, please check your internet environment or change the mining pool to bring your miner back to normal.
You can also refer to the video about how to connect Benchmark.
