We offer shipping via UPS/DHL/FedEx and your package should arrive within 5-7 business days once your tracking number is updated. However, please note that due to the complexity of international logistics, we may not be able to ship miners to certain countries or areas.

Before using your miner, please make sure to check for any deformities or damage, as well as ensure that the fans are functioning correctly. Additionally, listen carefully for any abnormal sounds and check to see if the heatsink is securely attached.
