Transportation-related FAQ

The miner you return to us must be properly packaged in its original packaging (or packaging providing the product with protection equivalent to the original packaging). We will not be responsible for the damage, loss and other risks that occur during the transportation of the reprocessed Product. Failure to properly pack the Products for transportation (including unpacked Products, Products without cushioning, inappropriate packaging materials, etc.) may void the warranty.

Prepare packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam, cardboard box and tape.

If you still have the original packing:

  1. Put the miner in the right place, and make sure every part is correctly fitted into the box.
  2. Seal the box.

If you don't have the original packing:

  1. Place the miner in the center of a cardboard box that is slightly larger than the miner itself.
  2. Secure the miner with bubble wrap or foam. Make sure to wrap the miner tightly and securely so that it won’t move around in the box during shipping.
  3. Fill any remaining space in the box with packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam or packing peanuts.
  4. Seal the box with packing tape. Make sure the box is tightly sealed so that there are no gaps or openings that could potentially damage the miner.

(Please note that even if you declare the value of the item within $200 if the customs authorities determine that the actual value exceeds $400 (SGD), which equals to $300 (USD)  they may still levy consumption tax. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as the customs authorities have their own valuation methods and criteria. Therefore, we would like to suggest you to set the value as low as possible)

No. We cannot claim warranty returns/replacements to reduce tariffs.
Items with this kind of description will be censored more strictly by customs authorities.
Also, many documents have to be provided before and after the shipping. Even after that, the customs will still levy duties on the items based on the value of goods.

We're sorry, but we cannot ship the item as a "gift" or declare a lower price on the item to avoid duties. As a company, we must comply with all customs regulations and laws.
