Order Terms
The following terms and conditions (“Order Terms”) apply to all orders from the Goldshell official website and Goldshell application and are issued by INTCHAINS PTE.LTD. as well as its affiliates. These Order Terms are an integral part of all agreements, between the customers (“Customer”) also referred to as” you” and INTCHAINS PTE.LTD.as well as its affiliates also referred to as” us/we”. We are the operators of the Goldshell official website and Goldshell application. Insurance Terms and After-Sales Terms issued by us and as referred in the flowing clause are an integral part of these Order Terms and shall have equal force and effect as these Order Terms. The terms herein are in addition to, and without prejudice to, any other terms contained in the Insurance Terms. After-Sales Terms and any other applicable terms and policies. Reading and accepting these Order Terms is a prerequisite for your successful order placement.
I. Order placement
You may click to view Order and Payment for information on how to place an order and make payment. Additionally, the following terms shall apply to your order:
Except where products are sold out or where products are defective and it is impossible or unreasonable to repair or replace the defective product, we do not offer refunds for orders that have been paid for (even if they have not been accepted). Please see section VII below for additional details on our refund policy.
Once an order is processed to” Pending payment” status, the shipping address cannot be changed.
If you have any specified requirements on the logistics company, you may leave a message in the order. We will consider your specified requirements but retain sole and absolute discretion as to whether it will accept such requirements and reserve the right not to accept the specified requirements. If we decide not to accept your specified requirements, your order will not be accepted. Please see section II Order Acceptance for information on how an order is accepted by the Company and you are notified of such acceptance.
For orders with multiple products purchased, as they may be shipped from different warehouses, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
We shall entrust third-party logistics companies to provide shipping services for your order. The shipping information you provide in the order (postal code, detailed address, phone, email, shipping agent) shall be directly sent to logistics companies and you hereby consent to such shipping information being disclosed to such third-party logistics companies to fulfill your order. Please refer to the Goldshell Privacy Policy issued by us for further details. We will not verify the accuracy of the shipping information provided and shall not assume any risks during transportation. Therefore, you are responsible for accurately filling out the shipping information in the order. Please see section IV Shipment below for information on shipment and delivery of the products.
For any issues related to the order, we will contact you through email or phone. Therefore, you need to accurately fill out the contact information provided in the order.

Ⅱ. Order Acceptance
All orders shall be effective only upon our acceptance. Upon receipt of an email with the subject line”[goldshell miner]: New order #*****”, it is the notification that your order has been accepted and has become effective.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it. We may cancel your order in the following situations:
- Your payment is incomplete and you fail to complete the full payment within 7 working days.
- Your purchase quantity exceeds the purchase limit.
- You purchased an invalid product. (E.g. payment for a mock link)
- Your order is incomplete or the information provided in your order is not complete.
- It is not otherwise possible to fulfill your order.
Ⅲ. Price and Quantity
The product prices may fluctuate from time to time, and the order amount shall be based on the product price at the time of placing the order. We do not offer price guarantees for any order, and shall not be liable for any price differences or loss caused by adjustments in product prices.
Our product’s price excludes all value-added taxes and customs duties. You shall be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and customs. If you encounter any problems during customs clearance, you can submit a Support Ticket and our staff will assist you to resolve the issues.
Quantity shall be based on the order quantity accepted by us, which can be found in processing orders or acceptance notification emails. We shall send you the products you ordered and which are set out in the accepted form and shall not be obliged to supply any other products that are not included in the accepted order.
Ⅳ. Shipment
We shall entrust third-party logistics companies, such as DHL, FedEx, or other logistics companies, to provide shipping services for your order at free charge (unless otherwise specified in your order). We shall not assume any risks during transportation and are not responsible for the transportation problems, including any transportation problems caused by the following situations:
- Shipment delays due to queuing issues in the logistics warehouse. (If any, we will publish an announcement on Twitter:@goldshellminer)
- The product was lost during transportation.
We will notify you of any shipping issues via shipping@shop-goldshell.com.
Shipping date
Shipment shall only be arranged after the order is fully paid and accepted.
The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product ordering page and will be periodically updated. This date is only an estimate and may differ from the actual shipping date. The exact shipping date will be notified to you by email after your order enters Processing status.
It shall take you 5-7 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number (except for some countries with lengthy customs clearance procedures.
Return
Your products may be returned to us, including in the following situations:
- You failed to pay the tariff within the required time.
- The shipping address provided by you in your order is incorrect or incomplete.
- The local logistics company failed to contact you.
We can re-ship your order upon your request, but any additional charges (including shipping or customs taxes) (“Return Expense”) shall be borne by you, and we shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by you as a result. If the product is returned to us and you do not request for the re-shipment of the returned product, we will provide a refund of the product purchase price (after deduction of all return fees and other fees incurred as a result of the return of the product).
Ⅴ. Insurance
If you purchased an insurance plan in your order, we shall entrust a third-party agent to procure the commercial insurance from a third-party insurance company for you. The claim process and final compensation interpretation right shall be decided by the third-party insurance company and shall be subject to their terms and conditions. Please check the Insurance Terms for a summary of the insurance terms and coverage. You hereby agree and acknowledge that the insurance coverage is being provided by a third-party insurance company and therefore subject to their terms and conditions. Insurance pay-outs will only be made by us to you if we receive the same from the third-party insurance company.
Ⅵ. Warranty
We provide a warranty on all products. Please check After-Sales Terms for details
Ⅶ. Refund
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments made for the same order or payment amount that exceeds the order amount required, provided you have raised a Support Ticket to contact us for a refund, providing the information of order number; payment voucher; and Coinbase reference code within 3 business days of your order. We do not monitor or automatically recognize any duplicate payments or overpayments.
- The purchased product is out of stock during further operation.
The refund process usually takes around 10-14 business days to complete. Any transaction fees or handling fees or taxes involved in the refund process shall be borne by the customer and shall be deducted from the refunded amount. Handling fees include but limited to transaction fees of 1% from Coinbase and gas fees of $25 for DAI, USDC, and ETH on the Ethereum chain.
Other matters explicitly stipulated in these Terms and any other applicable terms.
Ⅷ. Disclaimer
We do not under any circumstance make any form of guarantee or any compensation for the loss of mining earnings.
We shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or cancellation of orders caused by customer reasons, including but not limited to incorrect customer address, failure to timely payment, or failure to timely customs clearance. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the shipping or delivery date of your order. The delivery of overseas orders may take longer due to adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or public holidays.
We do not make any form of guarantee as to the successful repair of your product, which depends on the extent of damage to the Product.
We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of any insurance non-coverage. We are also not liable for any insurance compensation not paid by the third-party insurance company.
Ⅸ. Others
1. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided herein, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law, including that the quality of the Product will meet your needs or expectations after any form of misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, product mishandling, misguided usage and/or deviation from printed instructions. We will not be liable for damages that are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with your order of the Product.
Except to the extent required by any applicable law, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed on our website or application.
We will not be liable to you or any party for any damages, losses, expenses, or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any death, injury, direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your order and/or purchase of the Product, or reliance on any information, materials or online services provided on our website or application, regardless of the form of action and even if we had been advised as to the possibility of such damages. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall in no event be liable for any death, injury, direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or other indirect damages or costs of any kind suffered or incurred by you arising from or in connection with:
- any access, use, or inability to access or use our website or application, or reliance on the materials and/or any information on our website or application;
- any mishandling and/or abuse of any Product by you or other persons;
- use of any Product by you or other persons in any manner, whether foreseeable or otherwise, and you expressly assume all risks associated with usage and storage of all Product upon delivery;
- any delay in delivery or cancellation of order or refund;
- any system, server, or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus;
- any use of or access to any other website or application linked to our website or application; and
- any exercise of rights by us under these Order Terms, the Insurance Terns, the After-Sale Terms, the Goldshell Privacy Policy , any other applicable policy or agreement, and any other rights provided by law.
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained in these Order Terms, the Insurance Terms, the After-Sale Terms and any other applicable policy or agreement, our maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of the statutory duty) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with your order and/or purchase of the Product shall be limited to the price of the Product.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms (a) excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied into these terms and conditions (including any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed by the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977 of Singapore) where to do so is illegal or would render any provision hereof void; or (b) shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
2.Termination
- Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing its obligations under these Order Terms, in the event of force majeure, being any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, floods and fires, wars, riots, interruptions in transport, shortage of material or energy sources or pandemic affecting us or our suppliers or logistics partners, accidents or other occurrences which affects sub-suppliers production, bankruptcy or compulsory liquidation of a sub-supplier, accidents of any kind, governmental decisions which affects manufacturing or use of the products and, in general, such events that were unforeseen at the time which prevents or hinders repair, transportation or return of the products to you.
- Privacy
By placing your purchase order, submitting a Support Ticket or otherwise contacting us, you agree that we shall collect, store, process, use, and disclose data collected from your communications and your order for the purposes of processing and fulfilling your request and such other relevant purposes; and your data shall be handled in accordance with the Goldshell Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Goldshell Privacy Policy for further details.
- Governing Law
These Order Terms shall be governed by Singapore law, and any dispute arising from or related to these Order Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days after the dispute arises. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation within the above time limit, the Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Order Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination.
- Modification
We reserve the right to modify these Order Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on Goldshell’s website or application. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should refrain from purchasing our Products or using the associated services.
- Assignment
We may assign these Order Terms to any third party without your prior consent, provided that it shall give you notice of such assignment by way of email or by posting on Goldshell’s website or application.
Ⅹ. Reference for order status
1. Pending payment
It represents checkout completed and waiting for payment. The customer is required to complete the payment within 1 hour, otherwise the order shall be automatically canceled.
2. Blockchain pending
Orders shall enter into Blockchain pending status upon your completion on payment. We are waiting to receive your payment at this stage.
3. Processing
It indicates that we have received full payment accepted your order, and are preparing to ship. Upon entering this status, you will receive an email with the subject line”[goldshell miner]: New order #*****”.
4. Cancelled
If you fail to complete the payment for a Pending payment order within 1 hour, your order shall be automatically canceled. Even if you complete the payment after the cancellation, the status shall not automatically change. For any canceled order, you shall submit a Support Ticket to reach us for further operation, providing the information of your payment voucher, Coinbase reference code, and transaction link. Refer to” On hold” instructions for more information on further operation.
5. Failed
This status represents a failure in order acceptance and may be caused by the following reasons:
We received a payment amount less than the order amount, i.e., underpayment;
For orders in Blockchain pending status, we did not receive payment within 1 hour due to delayed receipt of payment on specific transaction chains.
For any Failed orders, you shall also submit a Support Ticket to reach us for further operation. Refer to” On hold” instructions for more information on further operation.
6. On hold
When we receive a Support Ticket for Failed or Cancelled orders, we shall first check the stock status of the products you ordered. If the product is out of stock, we shall cancel the order and arrange for a refund.
If the product is still in stock, we shall operate as follows:
- For delayed payments, we will confirm the payment status of the order again.
- For insufficient payment, we will provide a replenishment link via email for you to make additional payments. Please note that all replenishment links shall only be sent to you via our official email. Do not trust or click on any payment links from other email addresses. We shall not compensate or be liable for any losses caused by using payment links sent from other email addresses.
Following the above operation, once we confirm full payment, your order will be put On hold status and wait for shipment. When we start shipping, the order status will change to Processing.
