uGW800 warranty statement uGW800 reserves the right to repair or replace products at its sole discretion.
uGW800 may, at its sole discretion, be refurbished or replaced with a new product.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Products that are second-hand, or purchased from auction sites do not carry any warranty (as we cannot verify that the product has not been tampered with by a previous buyer we cannot reach).
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
Products offered as replacements under RMA service will continue to be valid for the original product warranty period on the original start date. Warranty dates will not be changed or reset by performing any RMA service.
Failure to use parts provided by the uGW800 results in damage to the machine, voiding the warranty, and all third-party power adapters and POE adapters are “use at your own risk”.
The warranty does not cover products with damaged tamper-evident labels. All product enclosures must remain unopened to be eligible for warranty or replacement.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use of third-party equipment. In addition, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by unauthorized changes, modifications, or repairs to the product.For warranty replacement inquiries, please submit a help ticket and a customer service representative will contact you regarding the replacement.
